By accessing or using Mission Operator Fit, users agree to these Terms of Service. If users do not agree, they should not use the app or services.

Mission Operator Fit provides workout generation, workout logging, progress tracking, equipment-based training tools, Unit features, and access to physical supplement, apparel, and gear products.

Mission Operator Fit provides fitness and training information for general informational and educational purposes only. The app does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Users should consult a qualified medical professional before beginning any fitness program, especially if they have medical conditions, injuries, or concerns.

Users assume all risk associated with exercise, training, supplement use, and physical activity.

Mission Operator Fit does not guarantee specific results, weight loss, muscle gain, performance outcomes, job qualification outcomes, SWAT selection outcomes, academy success, or medical improvements.

Users are responsible for:

• Training safely and using proper form
• Choosing appropriate weights and intensities
• Stopping if they feel pain, dizziness, or unsafe symptoms
• Consulting professionals when needed
• Complying with their department, agency, employer, or medical restrictions

Mission Operator Fit may use tactical, law enforcement, military, or first responder themes. The app is not affiliated with any government agency, law enforcement agency, military branch, or public safety organization unless expressly stated.

Use of the app does not certify, qualify, or authorize any user for tactical, law enforcement, military, or emergency service duties.

Products available through the Gear/store section are physical products. Product descriptions are for general information and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Users are responsible for reviewing ingredients, warnings, and directions before using any supplement. Users should consult a healthcare professional before using supplements, especially if pregnant, nursing, taking medication, under medical care, or managing a medical condition.

Physical product checkout may be handled through Shopify or third-party providers. Orders, payments, fulfillment, returns, and shipping may be subject to Shopify/store policies.

Users are responsible for maintaining account security and accurate information. Users may not misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with app operations.

Users may participate in Units or team features. Users are responsible for what they post or share. Harassment, threats, illegal content, hate content, impersonation, and misuse are prohibited.

Mission Operator Fit may remove content or restrict access if users misuse the platform.

The Mission Operator Fit name, logo, branding, design, app content, workout systems, product names, graphics, and related materials are owned by Mission Operator Fit or its licensors. Users may not copy, reproduce, resell, or misuse the content without permission.

Mission Operator Fit is not liable for injuries, damages, lost profits, data loss, app interruptions, supplement misuse, training outcomes, or other losses arising from use of the app or related services, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Mission Operator Fit may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
