Delete Account

Mission Operator Fit users may request deletion of their account and associated data.

Account deletion is temporarily unavailable while we upgrade data protection. Contact Support to submit a deletion request using the instructions below.

How to Request Deletion

Please Include in Your Request

The email address associated with your Mission Operator Fit account
Your username, if known
A clear statement that you want your account deleted

Example: "Please delete my Mission Operator Fit account and associated data."

What May Be Removed

Profile information
Workout programs and logs
Progress data and check-in photos
Unit participation data
User-generated app content

Data Retention Note

After receiving a deletion request, Mission Operator Fit will process the request and delete or anonymize account data as required, except where information must be retained for legal, security, fraud prevention, tax, transaction, or legitimate business record purposes.

Physical product orders placed through Shopify may be subject to Shopify, payment processor, tax, shipping, and legal record retention requirements.
